Terms & Conditions

The contract between RemovalsQuotes and any individual, company firm or organisation (the Customer) (which term shall include all subsidiary and associated companies, firms and associations) is subject to the following terms and conditions each of which shall be incorporated or implied in any agreement between RemovalsQuotes and the Customer.

1. These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the Customer by virtue of acceptance of information pertaining to the recommendation of a removal service (introduction) whether supplied in person by any form of communication

2. RemovalsQuotes will provide three 'approved' independent removal companies where possible to the Customer free of charge.RemovalsQuotes cannot guarentee  these companies will provide the Customer with quotations. RemovalsQuotes will only recommend Client companies selected by reputation, performance and adherence to RemovalsQuotes controlled 'approved' membership. RemovalsQuotes endeavors' to ensure the suitability of any removal company recommended to the Customer. However the Customer must satisfy himself as to the suitability of any removal company and the arrangement of the removal service (including confirmation of insurance, packing times, packaging specifications and delivery dates).

3. To enable RemovalsQuotes to maintain our assessment of the approved membership Customers are requested to submit a feedback  form.

4. RemovalsQuotes shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by the Customer arising from or in any way connected to a removal service provided by a removal company recommended to the Customer by RemovalsQuotes.
